Outreach Scout Foundation is a non profit making non-governmental organization established in 2002 but registered in 2004 under the government of Malawi Trustee’s Incorporation Act 1962.The organisation is also registered to NGO Board of Malawi 2016 and Council for NGOs in Malawi in 2014
